The NCRPO clarified that viral social media posts claiming a "one-week duty, two-weeks off" schedule were baseless. According to the police office, the misleading claims originated from a Facebook post that contained an altered image purportedly showing a directive from newly installed leadership.
The police organization emphasized that no such modified duty roster had been authorized or implemented within its ranks. Officers in the National Capital Region continue to operate under standard shift schedules and deployment protocols.
