Nilai assemblyman J Arul Kumar has urged the Negeri Sembilan state government to review its directive requiring the return of budget allocations, arguing that many representatives have already deployed their funds for community benefit programmes.
Kumar said that a portion of the allocations had been channelled towards public welfare initiatives, with some elected representatives having fully utilised their budget provisions for the intended purposes.
