Negeri Sembilan legal advisers continue duties despite suspension reports
Two senior legal advisers in Negeri Sembilan say they are carrying out their responsibilities normally, stating they have not received official notification of any suspension from their posts.

Legal advisers Zafir Ibrahim and Muzalmah Mustapha Kamal said on Tuesday they continue to serve in accordance with directives from the State Secretary's office and the Attorney General's Chambers. The two officials maintained that they have not been formally notified of any work suspension, despite recent reports suggesting otherwise. "We are proceeding with our duties as usual while awaiting further instruction from the relevant authorities," they said in a brief statement. The advisers' clarification comes amid speculation about potential disciplinary action or administrative changes within the Negeri Sembilan legal department. Both officials emphasised their commitment to fulfilling their responsibilities until they receive official communication regarding any changes to their status.
