New police director takes helm of Agusan del Sur provincial office
Col. Romeo Villalobos Jr. has assumed command of the Agusan del Sur Provincial Police Office, replacing Col. Yahya Yusup in a formal turnover ceremony held Monday at the provincial headquarters.

SAN FRANCISCO, Agusan del Sur — Col. Romeo Villalobos Jr. officially took over as director of the Agusan del Sur Provincial Police Office (ADSPPO) during a ceremony at the Kabalikat Hall of the provincial police headquarters on Monday.
The turnover marked the end of Col. Yahya Yusup's tenure leading the office. Brig. Gen. Rolindo Suguilon, director of Police Regional Office-13 (PRO-13), presided over the installation rite and acknowledged Yusup's service to the provincial police force.
Villalobos assumes leadership of the ADSPPO at a critical time for law enforcement operations in the province. His appointment follows standard police service protocols for command transitions within the Philippine National Police organizational structure.
The ceremony underscored the continuity of police operations in Agusan del Sur as the new director settles into his command responsibilities.
