New Zealand deals with squad setbacks ahead of India T20 series

New Zealand has been forced to make changes to its squad for the forthcoming T20 International series against India, with two established players unavailable for selection. The affected players have been replaced by alternative squad members as the team prepares for the tour.

The series between the two nations is scheduled to commence on October 22 in Christchurch, with matches planned across the month. The setbacks come at a crucial time for the New Zealand squad as it looks to build momentum in the T20 format.

Team management has confirmed the replacements and is expected to provide further details on the squad composition in the coming days. The series will be closely watched by cricket enthusiasts across South Asia, with both teams keen to establish dominance in the shorter format ahead of upcoming international tournaments.
