Nine companies have filed draft prospectuses with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for proposed initial public offerings, according to regulatory submissions made between September 21 and 26. The batch comprises Trans ACNR Solutions, Maharashtra Oil Extractions, Jagatjit Agri Engineering, Jai Parvati Forge, Koolking Industries India, Sai Infinium, SG Encon, Mount Everest Breweries, and Ultravibrant Integrated Energy.
Trans ACNR Solutions opted for Sebi's confidential pre-filing route, which allows companies to submit draft documents confidentially before formal disclosure. The remaining eight firms filed standard public draft prospectuses through conventional channels. The staggered filings reflect a continuing trend of companies leveraging the primary market to mobilise capital.
The proposed offerings are intended to support varied corporate objectives including business expansion, working capital augmentation, debt servicing, and general corporate requirements. The filings underscore sustained momentum in India's primary market as companies seek to capitalise on market conditions for equity fundraising.
