Nine-Nation Collaborative Artwork Unveiled at Delhi BRICS Summit

A new public art installation has become the centrepiece of cultural activities at the BRICS Summit being held in Delhi. Titled 'Sangam: A Confluence of Cultures,' the artwork represents a collective creative effort spanning all nine member states of the trading bloc.

The collaborative project brings together artists from Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Iran, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Ethiopia—reflecting the expanded membership of the BRICS organisation. Each artist has contributed to the work, which celebrates the rich artistic traditions and cultural heritage of the participating nations.
