NKVE expressway reopens between Shah Alam and Setia Alam

The New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) section connecting Shah Alam and Setia Alam has reopened to traffic after a temporary closure. Motorists had been redirected via the North-South Expressway Central Link (Elite) while the main route was unavailable.

The reopening comes as traffic authorities worked to restore full operations on the busy expressway corridor that serves the Klang Valley region. The NKVE is a critical arterial route for commuters traveling between Shah Alam and surrounding areas.

Drivers using the expressway during peak hours are advised to exercise caution and allow extra travel time as traffic conditions stabilize following the reopening. Authorities have not specified the cause of the earlier closure or duration of the service disruption.
