NoBroker's AI agent now handles over one-third of customer talks

NoBroker, a leading online real estate marketplace in India, is making significant strides in automation through its proprietary AI agent ConvoZen, which has assumed responsibility for more than a third of customer conversations on the platform.

According to founder Akhil Gupta, the AI-powered system currently handles 35 per cent of all customer interactions across NoBroker's operations. The technology represents a substantial shift in how the company manages its customer service operations and scales its engagement capabilities without proportionally increasing headcount.

The company projects rapid expansion of ConvoZen's role in the coming months. Gupta indicated that within two quarters, the AI agent could be handling between 60 and 70 per cent of all customer conversations, suggesting confidence in both the system's capabilities and its acceptance among users.

The deployment of ConvoZen underscores a broader trend in India's technology sector toward artificial intelligence integration in customer-facing functions. For real estate platforms handling high volumes of inquiries and property-related queries, AI-driven solutions offer potential efficiency gains while freeing human agents to focus on more complex transactions and relationship-building activities.

The initiative comes as NoBroker competes in an increasingly crowded online real estate market, where operational efficiency and customer experience remain critical differentiators.
