NoBroker targets profitability within 8-10 months as revenue crosses ₹1,000 crore

NoBroker.com, the commission-free property listing platform, is on track to become profitable within 8-10 months, according to co-founder and CEO Amit Kumar Agarwal. The company's revenue for fiscal year 2025-26 has crossed ₹1,000 crore, marking significant growth from ₹965 crore in the previous fiscal year, though final audited figures are pending.

The proptech startup, established in 2013, operates a zero-brokerage model for property rentals, purchases, and sales across India. The company has substantially reduced its annual losses to approximately ₹300 crore, a 25-30 per cent decline compared with the preceding year, demonstrating accelerating progress toward financial sustainability.

Beyond its core real estate listing business, NoBroker has diversified its revenue streams through ancillary services including moving and packing solutions. The company also operates NoBrokerHood, a dedicated app for housing society management, expanding its footprint in the property technology sector.

Agarwal highlighted the company's consistent downward trajectory in losses across successive fiscal years, underpinning management confidence in achieving profitability ahead of schedule. The platform's growth reflects strong consumer adoption of its commission-free model in India's increasingly digital property market.
