North Korea has issued a stark warning that South Korea would become a "decisive target" for coordinated retaliation should Seoul function as a hub in a US-centred collective defence system, according to state media KCNA on Friday.
The rhetoric reflects growing concern in Pyongyang over deepening military cooperation between the United States and South Korea, particularly regarding integrated defence mechanisms that would coordinate security responses across the region.
