The NSE IPO has garnered significant interest from the investing public, reflecting strong market appetite for the exchange operator's equity offering. The issue received bids for approximately 50.40 crore shares against an offering of 8.86 crore shares, representing a subscription ratio of around 5.69 times.
Investors can check their allotment status through multiple channels once the results are officially announced. The NSE's website and the BSE listing platform will display allotment details, allowing applicants to verify whether their bids have been successful and, if so, the number of shares allocated to them.
Allotment confirmation through registered demat accounts is also expected simultaneously. Investors should monitor their email and SMS notifications from their brokers and depositories for official allotment confirmations and further instructions regarding credit of shares to their accounts.
Once allotment is confirmed, shares are typically expected to be credited to successful applicants' demat accounts within one to two working days. This will be followed by the listing of shares on the exchange, after which trading can commence at market prices.
