The National Testing Agency (NTA) has clarified procedures for candidates who have lost, damaged, or had their scorecards stolen, offering multiple avenues to obtain replacements without lengthy delays.

Candidates can retrieve their scorecard through DigiLocker, the government's digital document repository, which maintains an electronic copy of all NTA test results. This remains the quickest method for accessing scorecard information for academic or employment purposes. The DigiLocker platform is accessible to anyone with a valid Aadhaar number and can be downloaded immediately at no cost.

For those requiring a physical duplicate scorecard, NTA has established a formal application process. Candidates must submit a written request to the agency detailing the circumstances of the lost or damaged document. The application should include the candidate's roll number, examination details, and any supporting documentation. NTA typically processes such requests within a specified timeframe and issues authenticated duplicate copies.

Candidates unable to locate their roll number or requiring further assistance can contact NTA's official support channels through their website. The agency has emphasised that both digital and physical scorecards carry equal validity for admission, employment, and other official purposes.
