CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Rep. Leody Tarriela of Occidental Mindoro has convened meetings with regional officials from the Department of Public Works and Highways and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to address environmental concerns stalling the Victoria-Sablayan Bypass Road Project.
