MANILA — Foreign travel by public officials should be included in investigations into unexplained wealth, according to remarks made by Bicol Saro party-list Rep. Terry Ridon on Monday.
Ridon cited testimony delivered before the Senate Impeachment Court by former Sandiganbayan presiding justice Amparo Cabotaje-Tang as evidence supporting this approach to financial scrutiny of government officials.
