Pakistan cricket legend Mohammad Yousuf has suggested that captain Babar Azam should consider relocating to Australia or South Africa to work with international coaching experts on his batting technique.
Yousuf expressed concern that continuing to play domestic cricket without addressing technical flaws could prove counterproductive for Azam's confidence and form. The former skipper emphasized the importance of specialized coaching intervention to rectify the underlying issues affecting the batsman's performance.
"Babar should seek expert coaching at an academy in England or Australia," Yousuf stated, advocating for high-quality technical guidance from established cricket nations. He argued that such a move would provide Azam access to world-class coaching facilities and expertise needed to rebuild his batting foundation.
The advice comes amid ongoing discussions about Azam's recent batting struggles and his efforts to regain form. Yousuf's recommendation reflects broader concerns within Pakistani cricket circles about addressing technical deficiencies rather than relying solely on domestic match practice to restore the captain's confidence and performance levels.
