MANILA — Melquiades "Mel" A. Robles, General Manager of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, was presented with the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary (PCGA) Merit Medal and Ribbon during an official ceremony held Thursday at Philippine Coast Guard headquarters in Manila.
