Penang revokes licence for dog after attack on stray in Pearl Hill

The Penang City Council has taken action against the owner of a dog that attacked a stray animal in Pearl Hill, revoking the pet's licence following the incident.

According to Penang Mayor Rajendran Anthony, the dog remains in council custody pending resolution of the matter. The owner has been issued a RM250 compound fine but has not yet settled the penalty.
