Petronas-Petros dispute resolution remains uncertain, analysts warn

The resolution of disputes between national oil company Petronas and state-owned Petros remains unclear despite earlier political understandings between the parties, analysts said Tuesday.

Harridon Suffian, a key observer of the energy sector, noted that political agreements reached previously have not comprehensively tackled the fundamental legal, commercial and regulatory challenges that have fuelled the ongoing disagreement.
