Subscribers of the National Pension Scheme, Unified Pension Scheme and Atal Pension Yojana now have a streamlined mechanism to register and track complaints through PFRDA's Pension Sahayak portal. The digital platform enables pensioners and scheme participants to file grievances online while maintaining transparency throughout the resolution process.
The Pension Sahayak system allows users to monitor the status of their complaints in real-time, eliminating delays in conventional grievance redressal mechanisms. Subscribers can access the portal to lodge concerns related to account management, transaction issues, documentation problems and other scheme-related matters affecting their pension accounts.
For complaints that remain unresolved within stipulated timeframes, the portal provides an escalation feature enabling subscribers to elevate their grievances to senior authorities. This multi-tiered approach ensures that persistent issues receive higher-level attention and faster resolution.
The initiative reflects PFRDA's commitment to enhancing customer service standards across India's pension schemes. With millions of NPS, UPS and APY subscribers across the country, the centralized digital platform aims to reduce response times and improve overall grievance management efficiency for the retirement security systems.
