A send-off ceremony for the deployment was held Wednesday at Camp Lt. Col. Francisco C. Fernandez Jr. in Barangay Agan-an, signaling the start of security preparations for the major provincial event. The festival, a significant draw for both local and visiting participants, requires extensive coordination between law enforcement agencies to manage the anticipated crowds.
