Manila — The Department of Public Works and Highways is examining a possible overhaul of the "Aquino-Singson Master Plan" to bolster the country's flood management capabilities, according to Palace officials.
Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon has initiated consideration of the review as the government seeks more effective solutions to the Philippines' persistent flooding challenges, Palace Press Office Undersecretary Claire Castro said during a briefing on Thursday.
