MANILA — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. was conferred the honorary degree of Doctor of Laws, Honoris Causa, by Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) on Thursday during the institution's 58th Commencement Exercises.
The award recognized the President's efforts across several policy areas, including advancing economic development and improving access to education services across the country. The citation also highlighted his administration's work to strengthen public health services and promote social equity among Filipinos.
