PNP-HPG Files Complaint Against Two Customs Officers in Bulacan Raid

A seven-page complaint has been filed with the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in Malolos City, Bulacan, targeting two BOC officials connected to a warehouse raid that uncovered allegedly smuggled cigarette products. The complaint was initiated by the Philippine National Police-HPG unit following an investigation into the controversial operation.
According to the complaint documents, the case involves an alleged middleman identified as Jesus Froilan, whose role in the alleged smuggling scheme is currently under investigation. The complaint seeks to establish the involvement of the Customs officers in facilitating or overlooking the storage of contraband cigarettes at the warehouse location.
