Poland Eyes Expanded Defence Ties with Philippines

MANILA — Poland is moving to expand its military cooperation with the Philippines, signalling fresh opportunities for defence collaboration between the two nations. The overture comes after Warsaw completed delivery of Black Hawk helicopters to the Philippine armed forces in August, marking a significant milestone in existing defence engagements.

A senior Polish foreign ministry official outlined the country's interest in broader defence partnerships during talks in Manila on Tuesday, though specific details of proposed initiatives were not disclosed.
