Law enforcement officials have apprehended two accused persons who were absconding after non-bailable warrants were issued against them. The Criminal Investigation Bureau conducted the operation to bring the suspects into custody following their evasion of the legal process.
Both individuals are now in police custody and face serious charges under the criminal justice system. The arrests were executed after tracking down their whereabouts following an investigation into their previous non-appearance before the court.
Authorities have initiated additional legal action against the accused under Section 269 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, which addresses the failure of individuals released on bail or bond to appear before the court as mandated. This provision carries stringent penalties for bail violation and non-compliance with court directives.
The police have filed comprehensive reports documenting the arrests and the circumstances leading to their apprehension. The accused are expected to be produced before the concerned court authorities for further proceedings in accordance with established judicial protocols.
