Police arrest 73 wanted suspects across Soccsksargen region

Police Regional Office 12 authorities announced Wednesday that 73 wanted persons were taken into custody during simultaneous enforcement operations spanning the Soccsksargen region. The suspects face charges ranging across multiple criminal categories, with 51 of those arrested listed on various wanted lists maintained by law enforcement agencies.

Brig. Gen. Alan Manibog, regional director of PRO-12, oversaw the week-long campaign that targeted fugitives across South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Cotabato, and General Santos City. The coordinated approach involved police units working in concert to apprehend high-priority targets across the four jurisdictions.

The operation underscores ongoing efforts by regional police to enhance public safety and enforce outstanding arrest warrants. Authorities did not provide details on the specific charges against most of the detained individuals or their current disposition as of the announcement date.
