Police arrest six drug suspects in Bukidnon buy-bust operations
Bukidnon authorities arrested six individuals and confiscated nearly 25.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine valued at over P177,000 during anti-narcotics operations conducted Friday and Saturday.

VALENCIA CITY — Police in Bukidnon province conducted a series of drug enforcement operations that resulted in the arrest of six suspects and the seizure of 25.544 grams of suspected shabu, the Philippine National Police reported.
In Valencia City, authorities apprehended a 26-year-old man identified as "Jojo" at Purok 18, Poblacion at 2:02 p.m. on October 10. Police operatives recovered heat-sealed plastic sachets of the suspected illegal substance during the buy-bust operation.
The contraband seized during the coordinated operations has an estimated street value of P177,356. The confiscated items have been turned over to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency for laboratory examination and safekeeping.
The arrested individuals are currently in custody pending the filing of appropriate charges under the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. Police officials said the operations are part of their sustained campaign against illegal drug trafficking in the region.
