Police Regional Office 10 said the robbery took place at approximately 11:15 p.m. on September 1 at a commercial establishment in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental. Officers launched an investigation immediately following the incident and identified the perpetrators within the day.
In a follow-up operation on September 2, law enforcement personnel tracked down the suspects. During the confrontation, one suspect was killed in an exchange of gunfire, while another was successfully apprehended and taken into custody.
