The Philippine National Police (PNP) announced the arrest of two suspects linked to the shooting incident that wounded a barangay captain and his wife in San Juan, Abra. The arrests mark a significant development in the case that left the local official and his spouse injured.
According to the PNP Public Information Office, formal charges have been filed against the suspects. "Two counts of frustrated murder cases were already filed against them," said PNP Public Information Office chief Col. Allen Rae Co during a press briefing on Tuesday.
