Authorities in the Narahenpita division have registered a complaint regarding items reported missing from a house located in a residential complex in the Colombo suburb. According to the complaint filed, approximately USD 4,275 in foreign currency and several personal belongings vanished from the property.

The residence is owned by Ramith Rambukwella, son of former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella. Police have begun preliminary investigations into the matter, examining the circumstances surrounding the reported loss.
