KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 12 — Police have identified and located the driver believed to be involved in a six-vehicle crash on Jalan Kuching that resulted in the death of a young child, authorities said today.
The victim, a five-year-old girl, was pronounced dead at the scene following the collision. The incident involved six vehicles, with the suspected vehicle identified as a BYD Seal.
Investigators tracked the driver to a private hospital in the Damansara area, where the individual was receiving medical attention. The Kuala Lumpur police traffic investigation division is conducting a detailed inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Police are continuing their investigation and have urged anyone with information about the incident to come forward. The case remains under active investigation as authorities work to establish the exact cause of the collision.
