Political parties race to field candidates for Kochi Corporation bypoll

Political parties in Kerala are in the final stages of selecting candidates for the upcoming Ayyappankkavu ward bypoll in Kochi Corporation, triggered by a vacancy in the 75-member council. The contest, though limited in scope, carries significance for the local administration's balance of power.
