Political party pledges support for MPSC exam leak protesters in Maharashtra

The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) on Sunday pledged to join ongoing protests by MPSC aspirants demanding action over alleged paper breaches in recruitment examinations. Party founder Abhijeet Dipke made the announcement following meetings with student representatives at his residence in the Waluj area of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

The CJP has called for the resignation of the MPSC chairman and secretary, setting a September 24 deadline for officials to comply with the demand. Should this timeline pass unmet, the party announced plans to undertake a statewide tour to galvanize MPSC aspirants and escalate the agitation.

In a video statement, Dipke expressed solidarity with the protest movement, saying: "I and CJP are with MPSC aspirants in this fight. We will stand with the aspirants till the resignations (of top MPSC officials)." The party indicated that both Dipke and CJP members would actively participate in demonstrations.

MPSC aspirants across Maharashtra have staged protests demanding greater transparency in the commission's recruitment process. The alleged examination leaks have fueled growing concerns about the integrity of competitive recruitment procedures in the state.
