A content creator and motorcycle rider was fatally shot in Cabanatuan City on Thursday evening, authorities said. The victim, identified online as Ser Bong TV, was attacked in Barangay Mayapyap Sur at approximately 9:40 p.m. and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 25-year-old was working as a food delivery rider for a major ride-sharing platform at the time of the incident. He had gained a social media following for his humorous videos shared across various platforms. At the time of his death, he was wearing the standard green long-sleeved uniform of his employer, along with blue jeans.
Police confirmed that the victim's motorcycle remains missing following the shooting. Authorities have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the killing, with officers working to identify and locate the suspect. Investigators are examining possible motives, including robbery and personal disputes.
