Prestige Estates to unleash ₹40,000 cr property launches in H2 FY27

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd will roll out residential properties worth ₹40,000 crore across its key markets during October 2026 through March 2027, the company said in an operational update. The substantial pipeline targets Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad, marking a significant acceleration from the first half of fiscal 2026-27.

During April-September, the company launched 23.14 million square feet of residential properties with revenue potential exceeding ₹16,200 crore. Prestige Estates Chairman Irfan Razack said the expanded launch pipeline would help sustain sales momentum across its key operating markets.

The developer is targeting sales bookings of ₹35,000-36,000 crore for the full fiscal year 2026-27. This follows a record performance in fiscal 2025-26, when Prestige Estates achieved sales bookings of ₹30,024 crore, representing a 76 per cent increase year-over-year.

The planned H2 launches underscore growing demand in India's residential real estate sector, particularly in metropolitan and tier-1 cities. Developers across the country have been ramping up project launches to capture seasonal demand during the festive and year-end periods.
