Prestige Group acquires full stake in Allure Developers for Noida project

Prestige Group, one of India's leading real estate developers, has acquired a 100 per cent stake in Allure Developers, gaining control of a residential housing project under development in Noida Sector 150.

The acquisition underscores Prestige Group's strategy to strengthen its portfolio in the Delhi-NCR region, one of India's most competitive real estate markets. Allure Developers was previously undertaking the residential development in the sector, which has emerged as a key growth area for housing projects in Noida.

Noida Sector 150 has attracted significant residential development activity in recent years, offering proximity to major employment hubs and improved connectivity through metro and road infrastructure. The acquisition allows Prestige Group to leverage its development expertise and project management capabilities to advance the housing initiative.
