A major religious event is being planned in Kunda, Pratapgarh district in Uttar Pradesh, featuring renowned Hindu scholar Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, the chief priest of Bhagirath Dham. According to sources, the Shri Ramayana recitation is tentatively scheduled for November 17, 18, and 19.
The event is expected to be organized at the Raja Mahal premises in Beti or at a large open ground in the area. Organizers have projected an attendance of approximately 200,000 devotees for the three-day religious discourse.
Pandit Shastri has gained prominence in recent years for conducting large-scale religious gatherings across India. The proposed Kunda event would be among the larger Ramayana recitations planned for the region in the coming months.
