Property dealer beaten to death in Delhi's upscale Kalkaji area

Manjit Singh, a property dealer, was attacked and killed in the L Block area of Kalkaji in south Delhi in the early hours between Saturday and Sunday night, according to police reports. Singh had arrived in the neighbourhood in connection with a property deal when a confrontation escalated into violence.
The 48-year-old sustained severe injuries from the assault. His brother, who was present at the scene, was also injured during the altercation. Emergency services responded to the incident, but Singh was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
