Prosecution magbibigay ng opisyal na posisyon sa impiachment trial – Luistro
Sinabi ng Batangas Representative Gerville Luistro na magpapahayag ng opisyal na standup ang prosecution team sa Senate impeachment court. Ito ay sumusunod sa ulat na plano ng prosecutors na bawiin ang bribery charge laban sa Vice President Sara Duterte.

MAYNILA – Ang prosecution panel sa impeachment trial laban sa Vice President Sara Duterte ay inaasahang magbibigay ng resmihin na posisyon sa Senate impeachment court tungkol sa pagbabago ng strategies.
Umako sa pahayag ni Batangas Representative Gerville Luistro noong Linggo na ang prosecution team ay magbibigay ng opisyal na kalagayan sa harap ng korte. Ito ay matapos na nag-ulat ang Manila Representative Joel Chua na hindi na ipapresenta ng mga prosecutors ang bribery charge laban sa Vice President.
Ang pagbabago sa estratehiya ng prosecution ay bahagi ng patuloy na pag-unlad ng impeachment proceedings laban sa Vice President. Ang Senate impeachment court ay nag-eeksamine ng iba't ibang akusasyon at ebidensya na ipinresenta ng both prosecution at defense panels.
Ang suspension o pagtanggal ng anumang charge ay dapat iang-aprubahan ng korte at dapat isumite ng prosecution nang may tamang legal procedures. Ang detalye ng prosecution's formal position ay inaasahang isasaad sa susunod na session ng impeachment trial.
