MANILA — Investigators have not yet determined the full scope of Vice President Sara Duterte's alleged undeclared assets as they work to compile evidence of properties, weapons and financial dealings potentially at odds with her Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth, according to a House prosecutor familiar with the inquiry.

The ongoing probe is examining whether the items and transactions align with what Duterte officially reported in her SALN filing, a standard financial disclosure document required of government officials. Prosecutors indicated the investigation remains active and evidence gathering is still in progress.

The vice president has previously dismissed allegations of impropriety regarding her finances. The investigation represents one of several inquiries into Duterte's conduct since tensions escalated between her office and President Ferdinand Marcos's administration in recent months.

House prosecutors did not specify a timeline for completing their review or whether formal charges might follow pending completion of the investigation.
