Public deserves full disclosure on TuJu system failures, says Kepong MP

Kepong MP Lim Lip Eng has demanded that authorities make public their findings on the technical failures affecting the TuJu system, citing the need for transparency and accountability.

Lim stressed that a comprehensive explanation of the glitches should be disclosed to the public, particularly given the system's importance to service delivery. He emphasized that any investigation into the matter must be thorough and impartial.

"If negligence or misconduct is proven, firm action must be taken against those responsible," Lim said, underscoring the necessity for consequences commensurate with any findings.

The call for disclosure comes as concerns mount over the reliability of the TuJu system. Lim's intervention reflects growing pressure on authorities to address public concerns and restore confidence in the platform through clear communication and decisive remedial measures.
