Puravankara Ltd has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 83.74 crore for the second quarter of fiscal 2026-27, marking a significant reversal from the net loss of Rs 42.99 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Total income in the quarter jumped 58.6 percent to Rs 1,051.02 crore from Rs 662.73 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing by the Bengaluru-based developer.

The company's performance in the first half of the fiscal year has also strengthened considerably. During the April-September period, Puravankara posted a net profit of Rs 107.24 crore against a net loss of Rs 111.42 crore in the corresponding half-year period of the previous fiscal. Half-yearly total income climbed to Rs 1,928.17 crore from Rs 1,201.37 crore, representing a 60.4 percent increase year-on-year.

Managing Director Ashish Puravankara attributed the quarter's growth to higher property handovers, sustained sales activity, and improved realisations.
