Puspakom to launch round-the-clock vehicle inspection services in January

Puspakom, the national vehicle inspection centre, is moving towards continuous operations to better serve Malaysian motorists. The company will introduce seven-day weekly service from November before transitioning to round-the-clock operations in January, according to statements from the organisation's leadership.
The expansion represents a significant shift in service delivery for the inspection authority, which currently operates on limited schedules. By extending availability throughout the week and eventually around the clock, Puspakom aims to reduce wait times and provide greater convenience for vehicle owners requiring inspection services.
Alongside the extended operating hours, Puspakom plans to roll out enhanced inspection capabilities. These improvements are intended to modernise the inspection process and streamline procedures for both private and commercial vehicle owners across the country.
