MANILA – Quezon City's digital reporting platform has processed thousands of resident complaints with a notable success rate, the city government reported. The QC iReport system resolved 4,580 of 5,589 reports filed since its launch, achieving an 82% resolution rate as of August 31.

The platform enables residents to file non-emergency complaints, concerns, requests, and inquiries through a digital interface, streamlining the city's complaint management process. The nearly four-month performance period demonstrates the system's capacity to handle citizen feedback efficiently.

QC iReport represents Quezon City's effort to modernize service delivery and improve responsiveness to resident concerns. By moving complaint processing online, the platform reduces bureaucratic delays while providing residents with a convenient channel to engage with local government services.

The 82% resolution rate indicates that the majority of complaints filed through the system have been addressed, though the city government did not specify the nature of unresolved cases or timelines for their completion. The initiative reflects broader trends across Philippine cities to adopt digital solutions for improving government-citizen interactions.
