Under a newly enacted city ordinance, both public and private infrastructure developments must now secure a Certificate of Site Restoration and Cleanup Compliance (CSRCC) prior to project acceptance.
The measure represents a significant tightening of environmental and infrastructure standards in the city. Officials stated that projects unable to demonstrate full compliance with site restoration requirements will face financial penalties and delays in the official handover and acceptance process.
The ordinance applies uniformly across all construction categories and development scales within Quezon City's jurisdiction.
