Actor Ranbir Kapoor has leased a luxury residential unit at Trump Towers in Pune's Kalyani Nagar area for a monthly rent of Rs 4.63 lakh, according to property registration documents. The 6,094 square feet apartment is situated in Tower A of the prestigious development.
The three-year lease agreement was formally registered on October 6. Under the terms of the arrangement, the monthly rent is subject to annual increases over the lease period, a common clause in high-value property rentals in major Indian cities.
The leasing move reflects the continued demand for premium residential spaces in Pune among high-net-worth individuals and celebrities. Trump Towers, developed in partnership with the Trump Organization, has emerged as one of the city's most sought-after luxury residential addresses since its inception.
