KUALA LUMPUR — Rapid KL announced improvements to its shuttle bus operations at Sepang International Circuit after receiving complaints from attendees on the opening day of the Bahrain Grand Prix.

The enhanced arrangements were implemented to address congestion and service delays that affected spectators traveling to and from the venue. The operator increased capacity and frequency of shuttle services to accommodate the high volume of motorsports fans attending the international racing event.

Rapid KL stated that the modifications were designed to provide more efficient transportation links between key access points and the circuit. The improvements included additional buses deployed during peak arrival and departure periods to reduce waiting times.

The move reflects the operator's commitment to supporting major sporting events held in Malaysia while ensuring adequate public transport infrastructure. Officials indicated that feedback from Day 1 operations was instrumental in shaping the service enhancements rolled out for subsequent days of the event.
