Rice earns Arsenal draw at Bayern in Champions League thriller

Arsenal mounted a spirited comeback to hold Bayern Munich in a pulsating Champions League clash that saw the visitors equalize twice at the Allianz Arena. Bukayo Saka's opening goal gave the English side an early advantage, only for Alphonso Davies to restore parity before Bayern appeared to have seized control through a Robert Lewandowski penalty.

Declan Rice's leveling strike in the second half ensured Arsenal emerged from Bavaria with a valuable point, maintaining their unbeaten record in the group stage. The draw demonstrated the competitive quality of both European heavyweights as they jostled for positioning in their Champions League campaign.

Arsenal will be encouraged by their ability to respond to setbacks, with Rice's intervention proving crucial in securing the away point. Bayern, despite taking the lead through the penalty conversion, were unable to convert their advantage into a victory on home soil.
