Arjun, 32, was travelling by scooter to a hotel when his vehicle struck scattered construction material, causing it to veer off the roadway. The impact threw him approximately 10 feet from his scooter, where he struck piles of bricks and stones lining the construction area.
Arjun was declared dead at the scene. As the sole brother of three sisters, his death has sent shockwaves through his immediate family. The circumstances of the accident were captured on nearby CCTV footage, which has provided authorities with a clear record of the incident.
